This impressive dream home is the successful result of a collaboration between architect Stan van Houtum, interior designer Hans Kuijten, and various specialists and top companies. Together, they transformed the outdated building into a warm, luxurious, and inviting villa that exudes a sense of security and is equipped with numerous technological gadgets that make life easier for the residents. Hans used only a few color schemes and materials in the interior, creating a calm and serene overall impression. The spaciousness of the rooms and the abundant natural light enhance this pleasant atmosphere. "In the house, you'll find wood, natural stone, steel, and leather," Hans explains. "These materials, together with the extensive custom-made elements – I designed all the built-in furniture – create a rich and luxurious atmosphere in the home."

Luxurious Dream Kitchen

In the extremely comfortable living room, the spacious sofa and the custom-made, multi-meter-long cabinet are the most striking features. This luxurious space is connected to the open-plan kitchen, which is perfectly suited for enjoyable moments with friends and family. Hans emphasized the transition between the two living areas by choosing different floor finishes. He used a poured resin floor in the kitchen, while the living room and the spacious entrance hall feature an oak wood floor. To say that the kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences is an understatement: the clients benefit from, among other things, two wine refrigerators, two dishwashers, and other luxury appliances. The marble kitchen island completes the dream picture.

Chic hotel

Upstairs, too, we experience nothing but luxury, beauty, and comfort. Hans: “The serene color palette and high-quality materials that you saw downstairs are also present here, creating the desired unity in the overall design. Luxurious furniture and custom-designed pieces give the rooms extra flair. Indeed, it has the feel of a chic and comfortable hotel.” As the icing on the cake, Stan van Houtum designed a luxurious pool house by the swimming pool in the garden, which was then furnished by Hans Kuijten.
