Safe and easy payment via iDeal with your own bank. The order will be sent within ± 3-5 working days after completion of the payment.

Payment upon collection:

You can also pick up your order in Nuenen and pay cash. To pick up an order, an appointment must first be made via the telephone number below.

Shipping/costs

• The shipping costs are stated with the products

• All orders are shipped by PostNL or DHL.

• The order will be shipped within ± 3-5 working days after completion of payment.

• Hans Kuijten reserves the right to adjust or cancel the delivery in case of force majeure.

• The order will be carefully packed for shipping, which minimizes the chance of damage.

Returns

Is your order not quite what you had in mind? Too bad, but it can happen. Then download our return form , fill it in and send it together with the item (including labels/packaging) back to:

Return conditions

• We must receive the return within 7 calendar days.

• It is not possible to directly exchange an item.

• The item must be unworn and undamaged. If this is not the case, we cannot accept the item for return.

• We will refund the purchase amount to your account number within 30 days.

• Return costs are at your own expense.

• We advise to always send with a track & trace code to be able to see where the package is. We are not responsible for lost packages at the post.
