Vacancy Interior Architect

For our company, in which we create beautiful designs together, we are looking for an interior architect with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in designing interiors for the business market.

The work includes, among other things:

• Designing a wide variety of interiors for leading clients in the business market and the luxury segment of the private market.

• Being able to translate the client's wish into a concrete design

• Providing color and material suggestions

• Providing advice on furniture, lighting and accessories

• Creating floor plans, 2D views/cross-sections and creating 3D visuals (sketch and photorealistic)

• Creating presentations and being able to present them to the client

• Creating atmospheric images and mood boards

For this position, we are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic and creative interior architect who can meet the following job requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in designing interiors for the business market.

• Experience with both manual 3D sketches and computer drawings

• Preferably knowledge of the following programs: Autocad, Sketchup pro, Photoshop, Indisign and possibly Artlantis

• A completed HBO degree in interior architecture or art academy

• Good knowledge of the materials to be used

• Good at working independently and systematically

• Excellent communication skills

• Representative

• Cost-conscious

• Stress-resistant
